Highland Associates has enjoyed a long standing working relationship with Stryker dating back to 2001. Throughout that time, Highland Associates has provided design services for over 400 separate projects for Stryker. One of the first large scale projects was the construction of the West Expansion. This expansion was built with an overhead unistrut grid system that contained the various utilities, including power, lighting, compressed air, nitrogen, etc. Utilizing the overhead grid system provided Stryker the opportunity to relocate their various cells throughout the building as deemed necessary for effective and efficient operation.

Highland has worked on projects in practically every area throughout the 253,512 square feet of manufacturing space and 160,000 square feet of office space within their Mahwah facility. The work includes the addition of multiple, Class 1000 Cleanrooms.
