Highland Associates has been engaged by BCBG, based out of Los Angeles, California, to collaborate in the development of its new concept international Prototype for the Herve Leger chain of stores. The effort was fast-paced in terms of schedule and expectations. BCBG, with its strong in-house design team coupled with Highland's architects and engineers, provided the concept genesis, design development, and construction detailing for two spaces simultaneously to launch the prototype. Both locations, Worth Avenue in Palm Beach Florida and Mall of San Juan in San Juan, Puerto Rico had their own unique characteristics which made for similar yet site specific solutions. Both spaces opened on time to meet the busy selling season for the regions.
