Highland Associates provided design services for this urban parking
garage and retail facility.  This structure consists of eight levels of parking
with a total of 480 cars including six handicapped accessible spaces on
the first foor.  There is approximately 10,580 square feet of retail space
at street level. There are two areas for vertical circulation including
elevators. The retail facility is supported by Mechanical, Electrical, Water
and Refuse removal spaces.

The structure is founded on a 42-inch thick mat slab and consists of a
structural steel frame with post–tension concrete slabs.
