This six story townhouse in Tribeca, New York built to suit the special requirements of a well known financier. Highland Associates utilized a unique palate of modern materials to personalize the otherwise bland interior. New museum quality downlights were added throughout the space to accent the clients impeccable art collection. Seven bathrooms were renovated with all new fixtures and tile while a two story living room was redesigned and the fireplace was clad in wood to accentuate the fireplace. Urchin globe fixtures further enhanced the living room height. A mesh screen hung from the first floor kitchen area to the basement theater area to create an ethereal feel as you walked down the stairs.

A roof top terrace was redesigned with an outdoor kitchen and planters containing natural grasses. The entire renovation was a statement in elegant modern urban life.
